No wedding or event is ever the same, so whilst I offer three virtual wedding planning packages (named after my favorite places in the world) you can completely mix and match the wedding packages to suit your needs (price on request). currently, I am not able to offer in-person event planning services, however this means I can offer amazing event and wedding support but at a much lower cost, what’s not to like!?

for those who need some help getting started (a 2 hour or 2 x 1 hour zoom planning sessions)
after completing a pre-call form about your wedding, including anything you know at this stage and where you need help, i will propose a schedule of what we will focus on during the session. focus areas typically include (but are not limited to):
> venue &/or supplier recommendations
> styling recommendations
> helping you create a timeline & budget
> hints/tips/expert advice based on your needs
> run of day templates
for those who need a little bit more...
after a one hour planning call, i will get your journey started by creating a supplier proposal based on your brief.
once you have narrowed down options i will arrange your venue visits/supplier meetings, create your own bespoke venue viewing checklist and a personal wedding timeline.
approximately a month before your wedding, we will regroup for a final wedding day run through (1 hour zoom call) where i will provide you with a run of day & supplier call sheet templates (and help you get started with them).
+ £50 for a styling proposal and recommendations

> venue proposal (5 options based on your brief)
> acting as the point of contact for your suppliers/venue throughout the entire wedding lead up
> keeping track of your payment/any deadlines dates, reminding you as required
> on hand for any planning advice you need via email or whatsapp
> a mid way zoom call (1 hour) to help you with whatever you need/to do a status check
+ £100 to include the complete set up of your wedding website (using joy.com)
additionally, if you are looking for someone to coordinate all your suppliers/set up (in person) on the day, i partner with some amazing folks who i would happily recommend (and coordinate the handover with).
